Hello, and welcome to my blog and web development portfolio website!

This site highlights a few of the skills that I've picked up in my career as a front-end web developer, including:

  • deploying static sites and serverless lambdas using the Next.js framework,
  • developing responsive and accessible component-based user interfaces using React.js,
  • working with JSON in a functional style,
  • performing object detection using Google's Tensoflow machine learning API,
  • implementing UI animations with CSS and JavaScript,
  • and marking up images and video for display on the web.

Biographical Information

I am thirty years old. As a citizen of the United States, I am eligible to work in all 50 states.

My preferred pronouns are he/his.

Taking into account cross-cultural perspectives is important to me, since in my life I have lived for over a year in:

I live in Montreal, Canada, where I am currently employed as a front-end web developer on a Global Talent Stream foreign worker visa at Plotly, a leading provider of open-source enterprise data visualization software.
